As of Today, 14 May 2011, I am retired from 32+ years of police work. Now I can start telling some really good stories of some of the dumbasses I've had to work with and for. They can't fire me now.
Oh, there are some really good cops I know, but so many in leadership roles are....well, let me tell you soon.
I'll be in the process of moving, so I may be off the net for a bit.
Looking for a new job...I've been working since I was 15, so I'm not ready to totally stop....

Oh, heh, silly me. I see from your past post that you're moving to AZ. Which is obviously a nice place.

Moved. My first day down here while I was still unloading stuff I got a phone call. "My CI Rollder Dude? I'm a recuriter for bla bla bla and somebody put your resume on my desk and said I should call you."

Yep, though I'm retired from two very good organizations (The CA National Guard and the Police Dept) I still plan on working to help the public for at least 10 more years.
You wouldn't be somewhere near SV? Hope you are well, sorry I won't see you next time I have, uh sorry, get to visit the 'laws.
